Just outside Porto and accessible from there, this coastal street test in Porto Foz has some good viewing areas. The stretch from the round-about east along the northern edge of the circula loop to the finsish, parallel with Esplanda do Castelo, has a banked side to the stage. So even when the crowds are large, you can usually find a good view.
The bar near the finish line has a small balcony offering a good view of the start / finish line.,
